About Us
Arch Empire is an elite beauty salon located in the Town of Manlius specializing in permanent cosmetics, as well as an extensive variety of other beauty services.
Arch Empire exclusively uses Phi products for all permanent makeup clients. Phi produces the highest quality pigments. For your safety, Arch Empire uses only sterile one-time use equipment.
Salon Owner
Arch Empire’s principal owner and lead artist - Holly - is a former print and show model with years of experience in the makeup arts and is a second generation beauty professional. She attended Shear Ego International Beauty School and is licensed by New York State. Holly is AAM board certified and is certified 7x through Phi Academy in New York City which is ranked the
number one school in the world
for permanent cosmetics.
She has also been awarded the title of
Phi Royal Artist!
To achieve the incredibly prestigious Phi Royal Artist status, Holly’s work, over a period of more than six months, had to be critiqued and unanimously found by all Phi Academy Masters to be of a level of artistry worthy of the title.
Only six out of ten people who attend Phi Academy achieve artist status, an achievement in its own right.
Royal Artist though is much more significant since there are only about 350 Royal Artists worldwide.
