•Please be on time, if you arrive early please wait in your car until your appointment time.
•We cannot accommodate guests/children/pets at the studio.
•Permanent Makeup:
Requires a $100 non-refundable/transferable booking fee (goes toward total amount of service) plus transaction fee (3%) paid at time of booking. Clients have a 15 minute late grace period. Clients may reschedule a permanent makeup treatment once. If rescheduled 2x, -$50 is deducted from the booking fee. If rescheduled more than 3x you will forfeit your booking fee. Any rescheduling must be done seven (7) days in advance – failure to do so will result in loss of your booking fee. No call/no shows will result in loss of booking fee, an additional $50 plus transaction fee and will not be allowed to book future appointments.
All other services
Each appointment will require a $10 deposit to book. All deposits go towards your scheduled appointment. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, but are transferable if canceled/rescheduled before our 72 hour cancellation policy window. If you fail to cancel/reschedule before our policy window you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged up to 50% of the service. No call/shows will be charged 100% of service and will not be allowed to book future appointments.
